Zuo Modern guarantee your new furniture against all defects in construction for a full one year after the date of purchase. When a structural defect is brought to attention, Zuo Modern will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to you for parts or labor. There will be a charge for transportation.

This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold “as is”. Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence are not covered. Fabric wear-ability and color-fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered by this warranty. Zuo Modern’s liability for any defect in the affected goods is solely to repair or replace the goods. Their decision to repair or replace the item is hereby expressly agreed to be your sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall Zuo Modern be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty of merchantability or for any other reasons.
