Zuo Modern’s liability for any defect in the affected goods is solely to repair or replace the goods. Their decision to repair or replace the item is hereby expressly agreed to be your sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall Zuo Modern be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty of merchantability or for any other reasons.
